Camelia Latin-jazz TRIO

SUMMARY.

PURPOSE OF THE TRIO:

  • To provide soft and "non-boring" live Latin music in small and affordable sizes.

 

GENERAL STYLE:

  • Instrumental jazz standards, performed with Latin rhythms in a smooth style and at the desired volume. (Please check out "Camelia y su Jazz Latino" below for the Spanish version of this trio: Spanish songs with jazz solos.)


SPECIFIC STYLES:

  • Boleros, bachatas, cumbias, merengues and salsas, with jazz improvisation.

 

APPROPRIATE FOR:

  • This TRIO would be appropriate for activities requiring live low-volume background music.

      (For dance occasions, I recommend our "Camelia Latin Dance Quartet": see below.)


INSTRUMENTATION​:

  • Nylon-string guitar, keyboard, and 1 percussion;

 

ELECTRICITY:

  • For areas without electricity, for an additional small fee, our portable lithium power station can provide us with 4 hours of electrical power.
